Million Dollar Malti-Poo

Super Tiny Teacup Puppy? Give me a damn break.

I'm so tired of "breeders" calling their puppies teacups just so they can stick a higher price tag on them. In this case, they've stuck on a REALLY high price tag. It makes me sick, breeders are supposed to breed in order to better the breed of dog, not to breed the smallest they can which risks the puppy having horrible life threatening health problems. Please be aware, there is no such thing as teacup and this is the only reason "breeders" call them this. If you buy a "teacup", you're basically just getting ripped off.

This poor pup will most likely end up with a celebrity or other idiot who will just use him as a fashion accessory. One of the main reasons I don't like most celebrities.

What do you think?

Totally agree with you.. and isn't that the website Paris Hilton got Tinkerbell from? ugh!

I have no idea, she's the main one I can't stand though. I remember reading something about her getting mad because a pet store refused to sell her a puppy that she wanted to buy for a photo shoot or something. She buys them, you see pictures with her carrying them as a fashion accessory then you never see them again. Fucking ridiculous!

I think it is, I read her book (lol.. I know!) a while ago & she was like 'I got my baby tinkerbell from this wonderful teacup breader blablalblalblalba' & listed that site!

& omg to buy for a photoshoot?! like her other 10 million dogs aren't good enough!

I saw pictures of her carrying baby RABBITS once.. seriously my rabbit is the calmest rabbit ever but I could NEVER carry him out in public espesh with paparazzi everywhere.. he'd be SO scared!
I think I'd be terrified to own a dog THAT small. Summer's 4.8 pounds (weighed her at the vet's the other day) and I'm still terrified about hurting her or something.
I've heard a lot about that site. :\ One million dollars? How ridiculous! It makes me sick, breeders are supposed to breed in order to better the breed of dog, not to breed the smallest they can which risks the puppy having horrible life threatening health problems I agree completely!
it is impossible to know if you are really getting a teacup or not. For example both of Dakotas parents are teacups, Dakota is a normal size yorkie. Their genes are just like ours. Two normal size people can have a midget & vis versa. I agree though it annoys me when they get dogs for accessories. I must say though that the ones that don't get them for that are good. For example Jessica Simpson, Daisy is not an accessory! That's important!

Hm, there isn't such a thing as a teacup, breeders breed the dogs to be small then call them teacups so they can jack the prices up on them. They know people will pay whatever to have the smallest dog, I have no idea why though.
